The coming split makes a single share-price target misleading
I am withholding a rating and target until the separation economics support a comparable forecast. Shareholders should receive Axiom shares separately; a lower remaining-Flex price would not, by itself, mean they lost money.

The multiple has reset, but EPC Power's debt eats its earnings
After a 21% drop, Flex trades near 17 times my fiscal 2028 earnings of $5.37 a share. The interest and preferred dividends on the EPC Power deal cancel its profit, so I see only $96.70 in twelve months. That is a hold.

The power spin does not justify twenty-five times earnings
At $114.75 the shares need $4.58 of fiscal 2027 adjusted earnings at 25 times. I model $5.40 of fiscal 2028 earnings and a 16.7 times multiple after the Axiom split, which is a $90 stock.

Surging infrastructure capex and deal financing overprice the Axiom spin-off
Flex is rated Sell with a $95.00 price target. At 25.1 times forward earnings, the market overprices the Axiom spin-off while underestimating heavy infrastructure capex, expensive preferred financing, and margin dilution from legacy manufacturing operations.

Split excitement hides fading cash and a heavy deal load
Flex sales are surging on AI power demand, but cash flow has collapsed and the split adds debt and preferred claims. I see 18% downside to $94.50 as the $37.5 billion Axiom tag proves too rich.
