What Agency is
Agency is software made by Rallies and operated by Blotter Inc., a Delaware corporation. Blotter Inc. is not a broker-dealer, bank, or registered investment adviser. Robinhood is the broker and custodian for your Agentic account and executes its orders; Robinhood is a separate company.
Automated trading
A funded agent places real orders in your Robinhood Agentic account on its own schedule, following the plan you confirmed and limited to the cash and holdings you gave it. It does not ask before each trade. You can pause, edit, liquidate, or delete an agent at any time; orders already at Robinhood may still execute until you cancel them.
Agents review only at scheduled times and only while Agency is open on an awake Mac. They do not watch prices between reviews.
AI output
Plans, first looks, notes, and chat answers are generated by AI models and can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for you. They are not reviewed by a person before they reach you or before an agent acts on them. Review what your agents do and rely on Robinhood’s records for balances, positions, and order status.
Market data
Quotes and research data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Quotes and estimates do not guarantee a fill or a price. Fees, spreads, taxes, and market conditions can make results differ from what an agent expected.
