Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Agency app, this website, and the Rallies services the app uses. Robinhood's own privacy policy governs your Robinhood account and the data Robinhood holds.

Agency stores these on your Mac, not with Rallies:

• Your agents' plans, notes, and trade history, and your conversations with them.
• The account details, holdings, and activity the app reads from Robinhood.
• Your preferences, standing instructions, and what agents remember about you.
• Your Robinhood connection, stored encrypted.

Dictation turns speech into text with your Mac's on-device recognition. Your audio is not sent to Rallies.

For each chat reply, first look, or review, the app sends the context the AI model needs, such as your plan, holdings, cash, orders, instructions, and the conversation, through Rallies' servers to the provider of the model you picked in Settings. Research requests go to market data and web search providers.

Rallies passes this content through to get the answer and does not store your chats or prompts. Providers process it to generate responses under their own terms. This content can include personal information, so do not put passwords or other secrets in a chat.

• Account identity: a one-way hash of your Robinhood account number, its last four digits, and an ID for your app install. When you connect, the app sends your Robinhood connection to Rallies once to confirm which accounts are yours; we do not store it.
• Credits and purchases: your balance, the credits you use and buy, and the Stripe customer ID and email from checkout. Stripe handles card details; we never receive full card numbers.
• Usage: the number of requests and tokens used, by day and model.
• How agents trade: each agent's name, plan, horizon, risk, and model; a daily snapshot of its value and holdings; and the orders in your Agentic account, with the reason an agent gave for its own. These are stored under the hashed account ID.
• App information: the app version, your platform, and crash reports, which hold an error message, where it happened, and a stack trace.
• Contact details: your email if you add one for the weekly update, and messages you send to support.
• This website: our hosting provider receives standard request data such as IP address and browser type. The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

• To run the service: connect the app, route model and research requests, keep credit balances, and send the weekly update.
• To handle support, billing, and refunds.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse, including rate limits and fraud checks.
• To understand how agents perform, improve them, and fix problems.
• To develop new features, products, and services.
• To comply with the law.

We may create deidentified or aggregated information from the information we receive, such that it cannot reasonably identify you or your account, and use and share it for any lawful purpose, including research, analytics, and developing products and services. We keep it in that form, do not try to reidentify it, and require anyone we share it with to do the same. It is not personal information, so we may keep using it after you stop using Agency or ask us to delete your data.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:

• With service providers that run Agency for us: AI model providers, including OpenAI and, depending on the model you pick, others reached through OpenRouter; market data and web search providers; Stripe; and hosting, infrastructure, and email providers.
• For verification and security: with Robinhood, when we use your connection once to confirm which accounts are yours, and with providers that help us verify accounts, detect fraud, and prevent abuse. The app otherwise talks to Robinhood directly from your Mac.
• With your consent or at your direction.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or Rallies.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We use encryption in transit, keep your Robinhood connection encrypted on your Mac, key what we keep to a hashed account ID, and limit who can access our systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never happen.

We keep information as long as we need it to run the service, support you, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Purchase records are kept as the law requires. Some information may remain in backups for a limited time after deletion.

In the app you can delete agents, have agents forget what they know about you, remove your email, change notifications, and disconnect Robinhood. To access, correct, delete, or get a copy of what Rallies keeps, email agency@rallies.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as objecting to certain processing or complaining to a regulator. We verify requests where appropriate and do not discriminate against you for making one.

Deleting what Rallies keeps does not delete data Robinhood holds or close your Robinhood account.

Agency is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Rallies and its providers process information in the United States and other countries, whose privacy laws may differ from yours. Where the law requires transfer safeguards, we use them.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version with its date and give notice of material changes as the law requires. A change will not apply a materially different use to information collected before it without any consent the law requires.
